Social responsibility for IQCitrus is consistent with a holistic view of the community and the development, where economic growth and productivity are associated with improvements in the quality of life of the people and the experience of values of the organizations commited freedom and rights of individuals.

The impact of organizational management extends to stakeholders both externally with customers, suppliers, other organizations, with the state, the municipality, environment and community; and internally, with employees, their families and shareholders.
















Organizational Social Responsibility Policy

In IQCitrus we are committed to working effectively to create organizational value, improve the quality of life of our workers force, their families and the communities in which we exercise our operations. We seek to link up development processes with customers, suppliers, contractors, authorities and the community in general. We respect the environment, and sustainable development is a concept that characterizes our industrial activities.

IQCitrus is committed to its employees and recognizes the needs of the communities where it operates, hence the interest of seeking integration and respect of the community with concrete actions: training and education, employment and income generation, environmental friendliness, safe operations and support to local management.
Each area defines programs developed in order to meet the expectations and needs, so as to encourage participation, consultation and social organization.

Code of ethics
We are committed to maintaining a high level of institutionalization and integrity in our operations and business performance. IQCitrus has a management system to ensure that the requirements of the Code of Conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility policy can be met; establishing a process of continuous improvement that impacts positively on our stakeholders.
In IQCitrus all kinds of bribery is prohibited.
We express our full support for the individual rights of our Mexican Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Good Employment Practices
We respect Labor Law (LFT) and the rights of workers, pay appropriate salaries according to practices in the industry, and offer favorable working conditions and labor conditions of growth and mandatory disciplinary development. The company does not use, or tolerate the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of staff. We promise good employer practices in conformity with the law responsibly. Our Human Resources policy includes elements related to non racial discrimination, gender equality, religion, sexual orientation and age, among other things; we adhere to global policies and local legislation.

Health, Safety and Occupational Health
We promote safe and healthy places of work, with security measures to ensure the integrity of our employees, contractors and visitors, trying to eliminate all risk. We apply international standards and safety guidelines, promote training and performance measurement. We monitor the health of our employees caring their integral condition for the proper performance of their duties.

Relationship with the community and authorities
We foster coordination, dialogue and recognize the need for support among IQCitrus, the community and the authorities creating joint solutions. We respect the law and comply with the standards of operation of the different government agencies with whom we have relationships. We support the development of the community through various support programs for schools, care and education centers of the community.

Environment
We monitor our operations, we evaluate our actions and we keep meeting or exceeding the standards of care and respect for the environment. In IQCitrus we not pollute the soil or the water or the air. We promote green processes not only in our operations but in the development of our technology and our products.
