Dried orange peel

This product is obtained by dehydration of citric orange peel (Citrus sinensis, variety Valencia) coming from the washing of ripe, sound, and fresh fruit. Raw shell is crushed, neutralized with lime for pressing and dewatering. This shell on wet basis is given a special drying treatment in a rotary dryer to preserve the nutritional characteristics.

Its main use is as a raw material in the formulation of balanced animal feed called forage products. The product is completely natural and contains no sweeteners or dyes and is free of pesticides.
