Maracuya fresh pasteurized juice

This product is obtained from the short-time pasteurization Fresh Juice Passion Fruit (Passiflora edulis, yellow flavicarpa variety) from mature, healthy and fresh fruit. The juice is extracted by explosion fruit pulp removed by filtration, then it pasteurized at a minimum temperature of 82 ° C (179.6º F) and stored by freezing -18 ° C (0 ° F).

Its main use is as a component in the production of juices, nectars, soft drinks and other fruit drinks. The product does not contain sweeteners or dyes and is free of pesticides.
